Giuseppe Filianoti is the noble Tito and Barbara Frittoli is Vitellia, in this handsome revival of one of the composer’s final masterpieces staged by the famous director Jean-Pierre Ponnelle. Harry Bicket, especially noted for his interpretation of baroque music, conducts.
